AEHEE NEW YORK accepts returns of unused, unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the original ship date of the product wishing to be returned. Our ultimate objective is to make our customers happy. We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom orders and personalized (monogramming) items cannot be returned. All sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To complete your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you the return number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3~5 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When sending the item back for refund you should consider using a traceable shipping service and we are not responsible for lost or damaged item.
